160-Acre Master-Planned Community

Pollyco was responsible for the rezoning, subdivision, and servicing of this 160-acre project in Chestermere, Alberta, just east of Calgary consisting of single family and multi-family homes, commercial uses, parks, schools, and more.

Phase 1 involving 100 single family lots had all builders close on their lot purchases in 2025.

Phase 2 involving 68 single family lots had all builders close in 2026.

Phase 3 will include an elementary school.

Phase 4 will include 124 single family lots.
