Pollyco Group of Companies is a privately owned real estate investment, land development, and property management company formed in 1992 with offices in BC and Alberta.
Our portfolio includes over 5,000 acres of land holdings with numeous residential, commercial, and industrial projects completed, under development, and in planning stages.
Connie Chow
Founder & President
Connie is the founder and president of Pollyco with over 30 years of experience in land assembly, planning, development, and marketing. She is engaged in all aspects of the company, and has led Pollyco's success on a wide-range of projects including the development of commercial, townhomes, apartments, light industrial, and master-planned mixed-use communities.
Steven Tao
Chief Executive Officer
Steven acts as Pollyco's CEO with a background in land assembly, planning, development, construction, and property management.
Steven Yang
Executive Vice President
Steven is responsible for directing Pollyco's development projects and overseeing day-to-day operations in BC. He has a background in land acquisition and planning of a wide range of projects.

Chief Financial Officer
Nelson is responsible for overseeing the financial operations and accounting of Pollyco.
Jian Wang
Chief Consultant
Jian is responsible for overseeing strategic development planning and facilitating cross-border resource integration. He provides high-level advisory support to the Company’s management in advancing its long-term objectives and strengthening its global business initiatives.
Xue Dun Sheng
Chief Representative, China
Xue Dun is responsible for the development of the China market, as well as business liaison and coordination on behalf of the Company.

Bill brings over 40 years experience in land development and is responsible for overseeing Pollyco's development and servicing projects in Alberta.
Rod Spence
Construction Manager
Rod brings over 40 years of experience to Pollyco and is responsible for overseeing Pollyco's construction projects, providing direction and expertise to our team and contractors.
Fiona Tao
Development Manager
Fiona manages Pollyco's Calgary office and oversees the development and financing of Pollyco's development and servicing projects in Alberta.
Jordan Tao
Project Manager
Jordan oversees the construction of Pollyco's projects in BC, and acts as property manager for Pollyco's holdings. He has a background in construction of single famiy homes, townhomes, apartments, and commercial projects throughout BC.
Stephen Hallingham
Development Manager
Stephen is responsible for development management and planning on Pollyco's projects in BC and Alberta. He has a background in urban planning, design, and land development consulting.
Rachel Brake
Development Manager
Rachel is responsible for development management on Pollyco's projects in Alberta.
Paul Khera
Construction Manager
Paul Khera is responsible for overseeing construction of Pollyco's Alberta projects, providing direction to contractors and consultants.
Maggie Viviers
Mall Manager
Maggie has a background in administration and commercial retail property management, and oversees the day to day operations of Pollyco's Rupert Square Mall in Prince Rupert, BC.
Al Baker
Maintenance Manager
Al Baker oversees building and property maintenance at Pollyco's Rupert Square Mall in Prince Rupert, BC.
Mandy Chan
Administrator
Mandy Chan is the administrator and bookkeeper of the Pollyco Group.
