140-Acre Master-Planned Community

Pollyco is developing Scarlett Ranch, a 140 acre phased single and multi-family residential project in Carstairs, Alberta  approximately 50km north of Calgary. 

Phases 1 through 5 have been subdivided, serviced, and sold to builders. Phase 6 is to begin construction in 2026, with Phases 7 to 9 in the planning stages. 

At completion, Scarlett Ranch will provide approximately 1,000 units and offer a range of single-family, semi-detached, and multi-family homes.
