Over 850 Acres of land overlooking Fernie

Pollyco holds ownership of over 850 Acres of undeveloped lands just east of Downtown Fernie, including low lands and elevated benchlands overlooking the town. 

Since 2011, Pollyco has been engaged in conceptual visioning for these lands with various partners, including a vision for a conceptual master-planned Ski Resort and Village known as ‘Heaven’s Gate’

Planning for the future long-term use of the Ridgemond Lands remains on-going.
