150-Acre Master-Planned Community

Pollyco was responsible for the rezoning, subdivision, and servicing of Kinniburgh, a 150-acre project in Chestermere, just east of Calgary.

​​

Kinniburgh consists of over 500 single family homes, duplexes, and townhouses, alongside commercial uses, an elementary school, and parkland. 

​​

Kinniburgh is mostly complete as of 2026 with homes built by various repuable builders.
