168-Acre Master-Planned Community

Edgefield is a mixed-use community spanning approx. 168 acres in the town of Strathmore within Wheatland County, just east of Calgary near the intersection of Highway 1 and George Freeman Trail.

Phases 1-3 have been subdivided, serviced, and sold as of 2025.

 

In total, the project will include 507 single-family lots, 200 multi-family units, and 32 acres of commercial along Highway 1.
