640-Acre Master Planned Community

Pollyco is developing Bridges of Langdon, a mixed-use community spanning approx. 640 acres in the town of Langdon, within Rocky View County, just east of Calgary. 

The first phases located within ‘Langdon North’ comprising 160 Acres have been subdivided, serviced, and sold to various builders, including Green Cedar Homes, O’CASA Homes, and Paramount Homes, ensuring a range of design options and quality craftsmanship.

Planning for future phases in ‘Langdon Central’ comprising another 160 acres to the south are underway, involving municipal plan amendments.
